Upon submitting this report, a confirmation email will be sent to the email of the person who submitted the report. This individual must reply to the confirmation email and attach the following:
- Photos that demonstrate the impact of the project/program.
- A financial report that documents grant fund expenditures.
Your project report is not considered complete until all information is submitted.
Late and/or incomplete reports will negatively impact the organization’s eligibility for future United Way of Racine County funding.
