The following awards were presented during our 2024 Victory Celebration on Jan. 23, 2025.
2024 ECC of the Year
Amanda Kivenas, Johnson Financial Group
Amanda was honored with the ECC of the Year Award for her outstanding leadership of this year's United Way campaign at Johnson Financial Group. She introduced creative initiatives, like a hot cocoa bar and change war, to engage employees and boost fundraising. Amanda also organized a call with local staff to highlight the impact of their donations, driving strong participation and results.

SC Johnson
SC Johnson is our longest-standing and highest-supporting company campaign, providing both financial support and a vital volunteer force across UWRC initiatives. Beyond UWRC, they are a lifeline for countless nonprofits and a key partner in solving community challenges. We are proud to honor them with this year’s Live United Award.

Johnathan Delagrave
The Michael Batten Leadership Award honors individuals whose philanthropy, leadership, and volunteerism create lasting change in Racine County. This year’s deserving recipient, Jonathan Delagrave, was a visionary leader known for his kindness, collaboration, and ability to unite people, driving some of our most impactful community partnerships.
Chairman's Award
Modine
This year’s Chairman’s Award winner, Modine, has been a longtime supporter of United Way, leading creative campaigns, sponsoring Days of Caring, supporting community schools, and hosting meals and events that strengthen our community.
