This form is for organizations to participate in United Horizons Board Training program offered by United Way of Racine County. United Horizons is made possible by a grant from the Volunteer Generation Fund in partnership with AmeriCorps and Serve Wisconsin.  

Nonprofit organizations applying will be notified of acceptance via email on or before March 7, 2025. Only one application per organization needs to be completed. All participants from the same organization should be listed in the application.
