Thank you for being a Schools of Hope tutor. Please select the school(s), day(s) and time(s) you would like to commit to for the 2024-25 school year. Your selections on this form will be your weekly schedule for the school year. Remember, you are only asked to commit to a minimum of one 25-minute tutoring session per week. However, if you would like to do more, you can select to do multiple schools, days or tutoring sessions.

For example: I could choose to go to Knapp on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:45-8:20am. This would mean that I would work with the same student twice per week. OR I could choose to go to Knapp on Mondays from 7:45-8:20am and 8:25-9:00am. This would mean that I would work with 2 different students during my time at the school. 

Please keep in mind that the start time is the time you are planned to pick up the student at their classroom. It is recommended to arrive at the school about 5 minutes early to sign in and walk to your classroom. 

Available tutoring times for each school

For bilingual tutors who wish to work with the dual language programs at Julian Thomas, Academies of Racine - Mitchell, or Wadewitz, please select one of those schools and check the box that you are bilingual in English/Spanish and wish to work with that program. Tutors who are not bilingual, please leave the box unchecked.
