Heather Collier

Heather joined United Way of Racine County in 2023 as Marketing and Communications Director. She oversees the marketing department and helps create and implement marketing strategies and plans and edits written and video content for the agency’s internal and external audiences. She lives in Racine with her husband, Bryan, and spends most of her free time with the members of Job’s Daughters, a service and leadership group for girls.
