Creative Crawl: Free First Friday at RAM

Join the Racine Art Museum for the Creative Crawl—Downtown Racine’s first official First Friday of the season on May 1. This downtown-wide event will be a celebration of art, creativity, and community. From hands-on art stations and live demonstrations to local author readings and pop-up shows, there’s something to inspire everyone!

Highlights at RAM include:

Free Racine Art Museum admission and extended hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Join RAM Education Staff for two make-and-take art activities, 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
Leave your mark on RAM by painting on the museum’s windows.
Find the clues to a fun and fabulous art treasure hunt—prizes included.
Enjoy the sultry sounds of curated tunes throughout the galleries, courtesy of DJ Unknown, 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
Meet artist Amanda Browder and learn more about her community art project coming to RAM this summer, 5:00 – 6:30 pm. Then, stick around for Weaving Together a Community: Artist Talk with Amanda Browder, where she’ll join RAM Executive Director Robb Woulfe for a conversation about the way we engage with public spaces.
